All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
DESHVI reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at its discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact details.
Incorrect information may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
5. Payments
We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
DESHVI does not store customers' card or payment credentials.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible locations.
An additional ₹30 Convenience Fee will be applied to all COD orders to cover additional handling and logistics costs.
This charge will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.
DESHVI reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for certain products, locations, or orders.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched as per operational schedules.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
While we strive for timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
DESHVI shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Weather disruptions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public holidays
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Ownership and responsibility for products transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
7. Return & Refund Policy
At DESHVI, every order is carefully prepared, packed, and quality-checked before dispatch. In 99.9% of cases, customers receive exactly what they ordered in excellent condition.
In the unlikely event of an issue caused by our team or during transit, we will gladly assist you.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Product completely damaged or broken during transit
To be eligible:
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Customers must provide the Order ID
Clear photos and/or an unboxing video must be shared for verification
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds, returns, or replacements will not be provided for:

Products opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery
