Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following circumstances:
Wrong product delivered
Expired product delivered
Product completely damaged or broken during transit and rendered unsuitable for consumption
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must:
Contact DESHVI within 24 hours of delivery
Provide the Order ID
Share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Non-Refundable Cases
As our products are food items and are prepared for direct consumption, refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
Taste preferences or personal taste expectations
Quantity-related concerns after delivery
Minor variations in size, shape, texture, or appearance
Orders refused at delivery
Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, natural events, or other factors beyond our control
Products that have been opened, consumed, or improperly stored after delivery
Return Policy
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of delivered food products.
Refund Processing
Once a claim is verified and approved by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
